I wanted to test working smaller polymer clay parts with smaller bits. So far the results seem promising.

Small Gears
I decided to design couple gears small enough that the stock would fit into one of my smaller vises. The results turned out perfect.
I created both an 18 tooth gear and a 9 tooth gear. The small holes near the center is so that I can glue a 1mm indexing rod. This will allow me to join the gears later.
The stock is .12" thick.

Mini Sign
My next task was to create a small sign out of the thinner stock I am making.
I use two bits to make the sign. The first is a 1/8" end mill. I then use a small 1mm end mill for the detail.
